The Mares Avanti 4 Power Fins are designed for freedivers and spearfishers who prefer the manoeuvrability of a shorter blade without sacrificing powerful propulsion. Combining Mares’ proven Channel Thrust technology with a responsive, durable construction, they provide excellent control and efficient power for underwater hunting, freediving and demanding snorkelling.
The blade uses patented Channel Thrust technology to deform during the kick cycle, capturing and directing a greater volume of water backwards to generate strong forward thrust. This allows the relatively compact blade to produce impressive power while offering faster direction changes and greater control around reefs, rocks and confined environments.
Rubber-reinforced side ribs enhance the blade’s springback while protecting the edges against cuts and abrasion. The shorter design is also quiet when contacting rocks, an important advantage for spearfishers using ambush techniques where minimising underwater noise can help avoid disturbing fish.
A soft, anatomically shaped full-foot pocket with a reinforced heel provides a secure and comfortable fit while helping reduce fatigue during longer sessions. Durable, responsive and highly manoeuvrable, the Avanti Quattro Power is an excellent choice for divers who want serious performance without the length of a traditional freediving fin.
